1. Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless the tour is cancelled by MTA Tours and Excursions JA.
2. Cancellations by Guest
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a refund of any amount paid, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour may be subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Late Arrivals
Guests are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time without refund.
If a guest is more than 30 minutes late without communication, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
5. Cancellations by MTA Tours and Excursions JA
In the rare event that we must cancel due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive:
The option to reschedule, or
A full refund, including deposit.
6. Weather Policy
Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of MTA Tours and Excursions JA.
